By car
From M1, M2, and Bangor follow the Belfast Outer Ring Road (A55) until you reach Forestside Shopping Centre (junction of Ormeau Road and Outer Ring Road).
From Belfast City Centre take the Ormeau Road (A24, towards Saintfield / Downpatrick).
At Forestside Shopping Centre follow the main Saintfield Road (sign posted for Downpatrick) for ¾ of a mile. The main landmark is a large footbridge over the Saintfield Road. Turn left just before the footbridge. You will see a large church at the bottom of a hill. This is at the bottom of Myrtledene Road.
Drive up the hill past the church to the third semi-detached house on the right. There is a blue sign on the house just below the number 17 so you can’t miss it!
There is always easy parking available.
By Train / Bus
Take train to Great Victoria Street station and then bus as below.
Take bus number 7A, 'Four Winds' from Belfast City Centre.
It leaves from the back of the City Hall and can be also be caught as it passes the bus stop opposite the Great Victoria Street railway station / Great Northern Mall in Great Victoria Street.
After 20 to 30 minutes the bus passes the Forestside Shopping Centre (on your left). Ask the driver to let you off the bus at the stop beside the footbridge on the Saintfield Road. Go down the set of steps towards the shops and church. Walk along the front of the church and immediately turn right onto Myrtledene Road (quite a steep hill). Number 17 is the third semi-detached house on the right. It is about a 3 minute walk from the bus stop. top of page

"John is a very experienced practitioner and his skill shows in his capacity to work with shifting energies.
Every time is different but I find there is always some kind of re-balancing of my energy after a treatment. If I go in exhausted I tend to come out more energised, if I go in frantic and stressed I come out deeply relaxed and ready for a good sleep.
I strongly recommend Shiatsu as a regular treatment for promoting wellbeing and balance." AM, Belfast
"It's difficult to put Shiatsu into words - I believe it has to be experienced to be appreciated.
It seems to bring my mind deeply into my body in a way that refreshes and revitalizes the very core of my being. Since having regular Shiatsu treatments I cope with life's pressures more easily and have much more energy and courage.
My normal eczema has disappeared completely!" M O'R, Belfast
