Stressed or strained? - Shiatsu can help

Hello - I'm John McKeever and I have been a natural health care practitioner in Belfast, Northern Ireland since 1990.

For more than 20 years I have been treating people who suffer from a wide variety of health problems. I use a range of complementary (alternative) therapies that are natural and drug free including shiatsu, massage, meditation and meridian exercises.

Shiatsu, meditation, exercise, nutrition

When your body, mind and spirit have a natural balance you enjoy good health.
I use a variety of therapies that can help you re-discover and maintain this balance, improving your health and well-being, including
  • Shiatsu, sometimes called acupressure, is my main therapy
  • Meditation and relaxation (here is a short exercise)
  • Meridian exercises
  • and Nutritional approaches
All these techniques will help you to re-balance your natural body energy and aid the process of restoring health and well-being.

Prevention is better than cure

You don't need to have an ailment or be in discomfort or pain to benefit from a treatment.
Over the years I have had many people come for a regular treatment because they find it helps them feel better, mentally and physically. They feel more relaxed, with more energy and are better able to manage the issues that life throws up.
